Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Matchmaking

Source, interview, and match candidates with great companies

Build pipelines of administrative, finance, and professional talent

Understand career goals and skill sets to make lasting placements

Client Relationship Management

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients

Learn each client's business, team culture, and hiring needs

Deliver excellent service and create long-term client satisfaction

Business Development

Identify new business opportunities within the local market

Attend networking events, follow up on leads, and partner with your team to grow your book of business

Support proposal and pitch development to help win new clients

Market Expertise & Operations

Track your candidate activity, placements, and performance using our internal systems

Stay current on industry hiring trends and compensation benchmarks

Collaborate on compliance, marketing, and onboarding support

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Excellent communicator - confident, engaging, and persuasive

Competitive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for people

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or campus leadership is a plus
